The dish soap doesnot mix with the milk. Instead, it floats on top and spreads over the surface. As it spreads, it grabs the food colouring.Soapis a "degreaser" so the molecules in it are attacking the fat in the milk, causing motion which creates the swirling of the colours.
These photographs are from my visit to Warwick Castle. It shows the Old architecture of the Ruins of the Castle and the beautiful scenery around it, I also really enjoyed taking these photographs it was a lot of fun.
